The Data Lab is Scotland’s Innovation Centre for data and AI. Our mission is to help Scotland maximise value from data and lead the world to a data-powered future. Since The Data Lab launched 7 years ago our key achievements include:
- 500+ collaborative projects delivered between industry, universities and the public sector.
- 40,000+ people participating in data skills training across the world through our Masters programme, PhD programme, online courses, upskilling training and leadership courses.
- 10,000+ people participating at DataFest, our annual festival of data innovation
- 1,000+ members of our digital Data Lab community, since launch in September 2021.
